We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-28 days within the USA due to Corona Virus and usually 4-25 days to the REST OF THE WORLD.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping fees. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pajamaslayer.com to request a return authorization.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and that we do not accept returns on Products bought using a coupon code of a discount above 40%

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, wait for your order confirmation email. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@pajamaslayer.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
